
HygieneTop is a hygienic work surface top, formed using a homogenous foam core made of closed cell UPVC (Unplasticised Polyvinyl Chloride). It is waterproof, formaldehyde and lead-free (legally recyclable), while processed using the same methodologies as wood-based products.
Either used as a standalone product, or combined with various laminates or finishes to offer a superior, cost-effective solution for use in a wide range of applications and environments.

Germ and pathogen resistant. Anti-bacterial – 97% effective against MRSA and E.coli.

ANTI FUNGAL
Prevents the formation of biofilms on surfaces and the contamination by harmful microbes, such as bacteria and fungi.

FADE RESISTANT
UV Print, paint, duco, lamination with timber veneer or an HPL Laminate. 100% UV.

MOISTURE RESISTANT
Moisture resistant, non-porous, impermeable and invulnerable to mold and mildew.

THERMAL
Excellent thermal and insulation properties.

WORK FRIENDLY
Machined, saw-cut, CNC-cut, routed, profiled and edged with no special or additional tooling required, yet generates less wear and tear on machines and blades.

ACID RESISTANT
30 year lifespan with excellent chemical resistance.

100% RECYCLABLE
Formaldehyde-free, non-toxic and entirely recyclable after use.

Using HygieneTop as the core, the board is finished with a certified labgrade laminate (manufactured using unique Electron Beam Curing (EBC) technology.)
